Prairie State Vaccine & Testing MandateExecutive Order: Governor J.B. Pritzker issued an executive order to mandate COVID-19 vaccination and/or weekly testing on college campuses for higher education personnel and students.
Effective September 19, 2021, Prairie State College students and employees must have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination by the deadline and the second dose (if needed) 30 days thereafter. Those who chose not to get vaccinated must consent to weekly COVID-19 testing. Per CDC guidance, you are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the final vaccine is received.
